Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to explain Cloudflare products.
- Run proof of concept trials for customers.
- Identify customer initiatives and map them to appropriate Cloudflare solutions.
- Build technical champions and strong relationships within customer accounts.
- Lead demonstration and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
- Create professional content to share Cloudflare expertise with peers.
- Represent Cloudflare at industry events and share thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years pre-sales experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer.
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly motivated, curious, and collaborative team player.
