Responsibilities

Research, design, and backtest systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes.
Develop and optimize execution algorithms and Smart Order Routing logic.
Contribute to the evolution of trading infrastructure, including Execution and Order Management Systems.
Monitor real-time system performance and proactively address issues.
Perform post-trade analytics to improve trading efficiency.
Manage the full lifecycle of trading systems from data acquisition to production support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical design with trading objectives.
Drive engineering excellence through clean code and mentorship.

5+ years of software development experience in quantitative trading, with expertise in Java and/or Python.
Proficient in Python’s data science ecosystem, including Pandas and NumPy.
Proven track record implementing trading algorithms in fast-paced environments.
Experience with modern databases and deploying services via Kubernetes or Nomad.
Solid understanding of agile development, automated testing, and scalable architecture design.
Exposure to FX and/or crypto markets; front-end experience with React is a plus.
Passion for clean, testable code and mentoring peers.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
