Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for healthcare payer claims migration and modernization initiatives.
- Validate claims processing, adjudication, payment integrity, reimbursement, pricing, eligibility, provider networks, claims lifecycle processing, and downstream integrations.
- Drive migration and parallel testing, including baseline validation, source-to-target reconciliation, and business outcome verification.
- Define test strategies, validate requirements, resolve functional gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and boundary system partners.
- Advance UI and API automation, GenAI-enabled testing, automated data comparison, reconciliation, and validation frameworks.
- Provide test governance, risk management, quality metrics, defect lifecycle management, quality reporting, and executive-level go-live readiness assessments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of healthcare payer domain expertise, including claims adjudication, payment integrity, reimbursement and pricing validation, provider network validation, eligibility determination, and claims lifecycle processing.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for healthcare claims migration and modernization programs.
- Experience with migration testing, parallel testing, source-to-target reconciliation, baseline validation, and business outcome verification.
- Strong test management, governance, stakeholder management, quality engineering, and defect lifecycle management experience.
- Experience collaborating across multiple business and technology teams and boundary system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quality metrics, readiness reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
- Experience with Playwright automation for UI and API testing.
- Preferred experience with GenAI-enabled testing, automated test generation, requirements analysis, impact assessment, intelligent defect triaging, automated data validation, contract testing, cloud testing, JIRA, GitHub, dashboarding, and quality reporting tools.
