Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand business goals for AI implementation and present sustainable, achievable technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor internal and client engineering teams through technical standards, code reviews, and product vision.
- Conduct technical spikes to evaluate emerging technologies and methods.
- Design robust client-specific architectures and implement solutions hands-on for scalability and maintainability.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and end-to-end infrastructure for communication between systems.
- Optimize performance and help make AI models useful, scalable, and maintainable.
- Provide API design, real-time technical support, and DevOps assistance across varied client projects.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, design, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7–10 years of software engineering experience, preferably in consulting or an in-house cross-functional product team.
- Full-stack engineering experience in web or native mobile applications.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, LLMs and RAG architecture, and event-driven architectures.
- Data engineering experience supporting AI implementations.
- Expertise architecting, building, maintaining, and scaling modern software across platforms.
- Experience designing APIs and writing API specifications.
- Ability to articulate technical requirements and communicate advanced technical concepts to engineers and clients.
- Strong client communication, expectation management, presentation, and technical decision-making skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and exceptional problem-solving ability.
- Security awareness, personal organization, discipline, and commitment to continuous professional growth.
- Preferred experience with TensorFlow, scikit-learn, training machine learning models, advanced prompt engineering, Go, Rust, Alexa, or Unity.
- Preferred public technical education or speaking experience, technical diagramming ability, or publicly released personal products or apps.
