Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Technology Financial Operations based on value, repeatability, risk, controls, and maintainability.
- Map business processes with subject-matter experts and translate requirements into workflow designs, control points, exception paths, and support plans.
- Build, deploy, monitor, document, release, and support workflow automations and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Apply AI to intake triage, knowledge assistance, document and data review, exception identification, summarization, routing, and human-in-the-loop decision support.
- Automate recurring intake, validation, exception management, workflow routing, and checks for TCO, FinOps, productivity, portfolio, demand, procurement, headcount, and reporting routines.
- Collaborate with data, BI, architecture, security, risk, controls, audit, and responsible AI partners to ensure solutions are compliant, auditable, secure, and supportable.
- Track automation outcomes including effort avoided, cycle-time and error reduction, control improvement, adoption, and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting workflow automations, low-code solutions, AI-enabled assistants, or comparable enterprise productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI-enabled productivity tools, SharePoint, Power BI, or comparable technologies.
- Experience mapping business processes, documenting requirements, designing future-state workflows, and supporting adoption with non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data handling, access control, auditability, testing, change management, and support expectations in governed enterprise environments.
- Experience with enterprise AI or agentic workflow patterns such as retrieval-based assistants, knowledge bases, routing agents, review assistants, or workflow copilots.
- Experience with financial services, technology business management, FinOps, IT TCO, procurement, third-party risk, portfolio management, or technology finance operations is valued.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, APIs, SQL, Python, or other data and integration approaches is valued.
- Experience operating under SDLC, end-user-developed tool, model risk, data governance, responsible AI, or similar control frameworks.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, maintainability, and ownership skills.
