Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance team to meet reporting requirements for Japan and Asia.
- Identify emerging on-road issue trends using AI-powered insights and traditional signals.
- Define and document policies and procedures integrating AI tools into vendor workflows.
- Implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
- Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring seamless adoption of AI/ML advancements.
Requirements
- BA/BS in technical or legal fields, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Regulatory Compliance or Autonomous Vehicle Qualification.
- Experience in all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle.
- Ability to learn and implement new concepts quickly.
- Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
