Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
- Develop AI agents, automated invoice-scanning solutions, approval workflows, predictive models, and scalable AI services.
- Own features independently from ideation through production.
- Create reliable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions using strong software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and non-technical teams to identify opportunities and translate needs into solutions.
- Build domain understanding, challenge assumptions, and connect AI solutions to measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Completed master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
- 2–5 years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience with production-grade Python.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
- NLP experience or pipeline development is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and develop domain understanding.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch is required.
