Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom features, scripts, and integrations for Experlogix and V6 product configuration platforms.
- Design, build, and consume APIs and web services integrating configurators with ERPs and in-house systems.
- Develop HTML/JavaScript UI components and C#/.NET back-end services and extensions.
- Write SQL queries and stored procedures and troubleshoot configuration and integration data issues.
- Use Azure cloud services for hosting, integration, automation, and scaling.
- Monitor logs, triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation.
- Coordinate with vendors on defects, fixes, patch testing, and solution deployments.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain design documents and runbooks.
- Participate in releases, CI/CD activities, and improvements to reliability, deployment automation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing, supporting, or implementing enterprise applications, CPQ/configurator solutions, or ERP integrations.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience designing and building SOAP or RESTful APIs and consuming web services.
- Proficiency with MS SQL Server or Azure SQL, including T-SQL and data-flow troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts and experience with Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 or another ERP system and integration patterns such as OData, DMF, or SOAP.
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
