Responsibilities
- Analyze engineering and software development processes to identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases for software and engineering teams.
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents, agent frameworks, and reusable AI workflows.
- Define human review, approval, governance, compliance, and quality assurance mechanisms for AI-generated outputs.
- Integrate AI capabilities into software and hardware development toolchains.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish AI-supported engineering processes.
- Conduct workshops, coaching, knowledge transfer, pilot projects, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Drive organizational change and increase AI maturity within development environments.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in software development, AI consulting, AI transformation, or engineering process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies, AI agents, and modern AI-assisted development approaches.
- Professional hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud-based AI solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing AI agent frameworks and agent-based architectures.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and knowledge management concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, and modern CI/CD toolchains.
- Confident English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
