Responsibilities
- Develop, modernize, and operate business-critical investment solutions.
- Take co-ownership of critical services and ensure reliable production operations.
- Build backend and frontend software using the team’s technology stack.
- Contribute to product development, technical direction, and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with developers, UX specialists, and business representatives.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and improved engineering practices.
- Improve the team’s ability to deliver stable operations and execute new development effectively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience across both backend and frontend.
- Experience with Java, Quarkus, microservices, and container platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and Angular or comparable single-page application frameworks.
- A proactive, engaged approach with ownership of delivery, technical decisions, and progress.
- Interest in using AI as a natural part of modern software development.
- A long-term mindset and commitment to leaving systems in better condition than before.
