Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI for business process automation and intelligent insights.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across AI and technology platforms and integrate them with enterprise ecosystems.
- Provide ServiceNow application support, including incident diagnosis, service request fulfillment, proactive monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, communicate issue-resolution updates, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, participate in team discussions, and contribute to application-support best practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management, including incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in service management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
