Base Salary
$85k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate software for flight-test instrumentation and shipboard systems.
- Perform software development across the full SDLC, from requirements through testing and deployment.
- Conduct trade studies, root cause analysis, and other software technical investigations.
- Work with real-time embedded systems and client/server database applications.
- Travel up to 20% and work extended hours as needed.
Requirements
- Active US Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 4 years of software development experience, a graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 3 years of experience with system or software requirements management.
- At least 3 years of experience in embedded or real-time software development and GUI design and development.
- At least 3 years of experience with one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with DOORS, static code analysis, reverse engineering, DISA STIG requirements, UML/MBSE, virtualization and containerization, Qt Enterprise, Linux/RHEL, Windows, Visual Studio/.NET, RTOS, Oracle, SQL Server, SQLite, Java/JRE/JDK/JavaFX/Tomcat, modern UI technologies, client/server architectures, and server administration.
