Base Salary
$130k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain critical infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, security, and observability systems.
- Own core banking infrastructure with direct integrations to the Federal Reserve and real-time payment networks.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and release engineering workflows.
- Improve system resiliency and availability through enhanced monitoring, testing, and automation.
- Lead platform initiatives such as authentication/authorization and cross-cutting APIs.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and correctness across systems.
Requirements
- Experience in building and maintaining complex infrastructure systems.
- Strong understanding of banking systems and financial technology.
- Proficiency in designing CI/CD pipelines and developer tools.
- Ability to improve system resiliency and availability.
- Experience with performance optimization in regulated environments.
