Base Salary
$130k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain critical compute, storage, networking, security, and observability infrastructure.
- Own core banking infrastructure, including integrations with the Federal Reserve and real-time payment networks.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and release engineering workflows.
- Improve system resiliency and availability through monitoring, testing, and automation.
- Lead platform initiatives involving authentication and authorization, change data capture, and cross-cutting APIs.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and correctness while operating close to the metal.
- Maintain high standards for system safety in a regulated, mission-critical environment.
