Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems for a client.
  • Engage business users to understand needs and collaborate on prototyping and solution iteration.
  • Create documentation supporting the technical, business, and user-success aspects of solution delivery.
  • Communicate with team members, project participants, and other stakeholders about work status, challenges, planning, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Be a rising junior or senior working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Understand complex business processes and how they relate to supporting systems.
  • Research problems, identify root causes, and recommend and implement solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to changing processes and technologies and apply new knowledge effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience using general AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude to produce usable outputs.
  • Have experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Kiro.
  • Be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a public trust clearance or higher.
  • Be able to commute to the Reston, Virginia office two days per week.
  • Preferred qualifications include rising-senior status, prompt engineering experience, AI-enhanced low-code/no-code experience, software solution development, DevOps, business process or value-stream analysis, automated testing, modern programming languages and frameworks, cloud approaches, and workflow orchestration tools.
