Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Adobe Workfront-based solutions and translate business requirements into architecture, design, and development activities.
- Analyze complex project issues, identify solution options, and present recommendations to clients and partners.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Workfront Fusion modules, functions, and scenarios.
- Educate and coach customers and implementation partners on product features, technical questions, and optimization roadmaps.
- Manage multiple client engagements, expectations, project schedules, scope, recommendations, and billable-time records.
- Collaborate with Adobe, customer, and implementation-partner teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront work management, proofing and document features, and Workfront Fusion.
- Experience with integration technologies and techniques.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead architecture execution across multifunctional technical and strategy teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, organization, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
