Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain infrastructure for the enterprise reconciliation application.
- Collaborate with wider technical teams on infrastructure design, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance as a domain leader and own feature delivery.
- Raise engineering standards across architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale distributed infrastructure.
- 4+ years serving as a technical lead and mentoring engineers.
- Deep expertise in Linux and Windows server environments.
- Strong experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Spark, MSSQL, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience building systems for high-volume transactional workloads, ideally in finance.
- A track record of building infrastructure that scales, remains available, and stays secure.
- Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
