Base Salary
$244k - $305k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the security compliance engineering roadmap.
- Serve as a technical authority on security compliance domains.
- Define control objectives, success metrics, and maturity models.
- Partner to design and implement scalable compliance controls.
- Drive evidence automation and continuous compliance mechanisms.
- Embed compliance requirements into existing workflows.
- Define assessment and audit plans with security policy and risk teams.
- Lead cross-organizational initiatives to remediate control gaps.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in security engineering or compliance engineering.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale security or compliance initiatives.
- Strong understanding of frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Ability to translate compliance requirements into engineering deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
