Responsibilities

Build and maintain data and AI platform services supporting TeamViewer’s AI-powered products.
Develop data pipelines, retrieval systems, indexing, and infrastructure for AI workloads.
Operate production model infrastructure, including deployment, versioning, routing, caching, and cost controls.
Build monitoring and observability for AI-system performance, quality, latency, and cost.
Support CI/CD practices, testing, deployment, monitoring, and safe rollback for AI systems.
Maintain evaluation infrastructure to measure quality, identify regressions, and support release decisions.
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, governance, and access controls across structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with AI, software, product, security, and platform teams to deliver reliable production systems.

7+ years of software engineering or data platform experience.
Strong Python skills and solid SQL knowledge.
Experience building production-grade data pipelines, platform services, or AI infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with production AI or ML systems, including retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, or model deployment.
Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
Experience optimizing systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Knowledge of cloud platforms; Azure or GCP experience is preferred.
Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality, security, and maintainability.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
