Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust, scalable AI/ML algorithms for IP applications.
- Design and implement multi-step LLM pipelines for patent analysis.
- Build and maintain a rigorous evaluation framework for model performance.
- Develop retrieval systems optimized for patent corpus characteristics.
- Architect workflows within the Agent layer for complex IP tasks.
- Collaborate with patent attorneys to encode expert judgment into models.
- Monitor data pipeline performance and model quality in production.
- Lead ongoing R&D of new technologies and optimization tools.
Requirements
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features in production.
- Strong Python skills with backend development experience.
- Familiarity with ML methods and statistics.
- Experience deploying and maintaining data science products in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of data transformations using tools like Pandas and SQL.
- Curiosity about intellectual property and willingness to learn.
