Base Salary
$221k - $387k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize AI models, agents, assistants, and reusable skills.
- Rapidly develop MVPs and partner with engineering to deliver reliable production systems.
- Define evaluation criteria, build test sets, and measure solution quality, safety, and reliability.
- Compose secure agentic workflows using isolation, guardrails, controls, and secure harnesses.
- Select and integrate suitable frameworks, tools, models, APIs, and cloud services.
- Develop reusable AI patterns and best practices for the AI Center of Excellence.
- Document how solutions should be used, operated, and evaluated.
- Support the Center of Excellence consulting team across the organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping used AI agents, assistants, copilots, or skills.
- Deep hands-on familiarity with modern agent frameworks, agent SDKs, developer tooling, and the SKILL.md skills standard.
- Strong discipline in AI evaluation, including test-set construction, metric definition, and quality measurement.
- Proficiency in Python and experience integrating APIs, tools, and cloud services.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience in security or in building AI solutions for security use cases.

- Base pay is $221,200-$387,100, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
