Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance application code across one or more client projects.
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply AI to automate processes, integrate intelligent insights, and address complex business challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage team members to support project execution.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and continuously improve development processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability and responsible use.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
- Strong software development knowledge and complex debugging skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
