Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA standards and processes across all systems.
- Establish a comprehensive test management strategy.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of SIS workflows and integrations.
- Track and manage defects throughout their lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain automated testing tools.
- Produce regular QA reports summarizing testing progress and quality trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with automated testing tools like Selenium or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and test management tools.
- Experience testing integrated enterprise systems, preferably SIS or ERP systems.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
