Responsibilities

Direct the development of a test framework for factory testing at Zoox manufacturing sites.
Design and implement server infrastructure for manufacturing test activities.
Serve as the technical lead for best practices in database schema design and API design.
Drive the development of common code libraries for test engineers.
Design and build dashboards for manufacturing data metrics.
Grow and mentor a talented engineering team.

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; MS preferred.
12+ years of industry experience.
Deep background in Python programming, including scripting and web services.
Experience with system design, databases, web servers, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Experience deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS) and on-prem servers.
Expert knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows.
