Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into solution architecture and delivery roadmaps.
- Define RAG, agentic, evaluation, and integration patterns.
- Select models, frameworks, and components based on value, security, cost, and maintainability.
- Lead technical workstreams and mentor more junior consultants.
- Ensure solution quality, observability, security, and transition to operations.
- Organize technical reviews and prepare deliverables for production exploitation.
- Contribute to presales, client relationships, and identifying extension opportunities.
- Build reusable assets, viewpoints, and proposals from project feedback.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AI Engineering.
- Experience with Python, RAG, agents, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud.
- Experience taking AI solutions into production.
- Ability to lead a workstream and explain technical decisions to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Experience with GenAI evaluation, observability, and security considerations.
- Proficiency with an orchestration framework and RAG, agent, and tool-calling patterns.
- Fluent French and English.
