Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve LLM and image prompts across text, layout, and visual generation.
- Develop complex prompts for new features using AI JSX.
- Build evaluation frameworks, metrics, and test sets using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback.
- Evaluate frontier models and methods and drive the AI roadmap based on quality gaps.
- Curate datasets for fine-tuning open-source models and launch modalities such as voice and video.
- Own analytics for uptime, latency, and cost across Gamma’s AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience pushing foundation models to their limits and building and evaluating prompts at scale.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python with a strong software engineering foundation.
- Experience writing evaluations, designing metrics, and translating qualitative feedback into measurable improvements.
- Ability to gather and clean data for prompt improvements and model evaluations.
- Familiarity with modern LLMs and image models such as Flux and Imagen is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI JSX for prompting and Braintrust for evaluations is preferred.
