Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy authenticated, observable MCP servers that expose logistics domain services as AI-consumable tools.
- Build multi-agent workflows and agent-to-agent communication for logistics automation.
- Develop hybrid RAG, KAG, and CAG knowledge retrieval pipelines for operational and domain queries.
- Implement LLM integration layers including prompt engineering, function calling, structured output parsing, and model routing.
- Translate operational workflows into agent capabilities with cross-functional teams.
- Deploy and maintain agent infrastructure on Kubernetes with GitOps practices and observability tooling.
Requirements
- Four years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience building production-grade AI applications in Python rather than only notebooks or prototypes.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs through function calling, tool use, and structured outputs with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google APIs.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, AI/ML concepts, and RAG, with familiarity with KAG and CAG.
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical data platform such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in interdisciplinary or team-based environments.
- Background in MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, knowledge graphs, or streaming data systems is preferred.
