Responsibilities
- Define expected outcomes, success criteria, delivery trajectories, architecture principles, and scaling conditions for GenAI and agentic products.
- Arbitrate platform, model, and architectural choices based on value, risk, cost, and information-system constraints.
- Lead missions, secure commitments, organize decision-making, and manage dependencies, risks, adoption, and run conditions.
- Supervise consultants and engineers, establish delivery standards, and develop the team.
- Connect business vision with technical execution and maintain product and team proximity through operations.
- Develop client relationships, identify extensions and scaling opportunities, and lead GenAI and agentic qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
- Contribute, according to interest, to the AI Lab or reusable demonstrators.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AI or software engineering.
- Experience taking a GenAI or agentic solution into production.
- Technical credibility with Python, APIs, RAG, agents, CI/CD, and cloud.
- Practical experience with APIs, Git, testing, and CI/CD pipelines, plus understanding of cloud and containers.
- Mastery of at least one orchestration framework such as LangGraph/LangChain, Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- Strong client leadership, arbitration, and ability to challenge business needs and make decisions in changing environments.
- Fluent French and English.
- Ability to lead consultants and engineers and coordinate business, product, architecture, data, security, and delivery stakeholders.
