Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement an enterprise software platform integrating business processes from sales through manufacturing.
- Develop applications tracking the end-to-end lifecycle of millions of parts across thousands of customers.
- Scope features, drive schedules, assign tasks, and deliver results as an engineer, product owner, and team lead.
- Collaborate with software, manufacturing, automation, quality, and operations teams to gather requirements and solve problems.
- Design scalable, resilient systems meeting high standards for quality, reliability, and security.
- Maintain the accessibility and integrity of backend data models for business intelligence users.
- Design and develop functional, intuitive user interfaces to improve system usability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s-level degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional software development experience using Python, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
- Experience with backend web frameworks such as Flask or Django.
- Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience building applications that interact with SQL and non-relational databases.
- Preferred: ten or more years of software development experience.
- Preferred: experience as a team lead, architect, product owner, or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience architecting and implementing complex systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, CRM, e-commerce, logistics, warehouse management, or fleet management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to gather and define requirements from technical audiences.
