Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects to build collaborative platform features.
- Design and build reusable APIs and UI components for easy adoption.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotation for system reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
- Contribute to Vanta's engineering culture and technical direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience with strong fullstack capabilities.
- Proven experience building user-facing features and platform services.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern web technologies.
- Technical leadership experience in project management and mentoring.
- Experience with platform or internal tools for developer customers.
- On-call and production operations experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in fast-growth environments with a bias for action.
- Interest in security and compliance or prior experience in the field.
- Willingness to use AI responsibly to enhance work efficiency.
