Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build networking solutions and networking abstractions for Kubernetes environments.
- Drive solution integration and validation efforts while collaborating with partners and customers.
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews to evaluate technology options.
- Review peer code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, or Kubernetes.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing software with Go.
