Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to clients and prospects regarding GitLab solutions.
- Drive technology evaluations and manage the sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Educate customers on the value proposition of GitLab.
- Guide technical evaluations through POC/POV ownership and workshop design.
- Build relationships within customer environments to promote GitLab advocacy.
- Continuously improve professional skills and maintain competency in relevant technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales or information technology.
- Familiarity with modern software development and operations technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and related practices.
- Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Ability to use GitLab effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
