Responsibilities
- Analyze application components to understand client requirements and system behavior.
- Design, code, test, maintain, and enhance application components across client projects.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Document technical specifications and development processes.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and support junior team members through guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Minimum 2 years of overall experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with coding standards, software engineering best practices, version control systems, and collaborative development tools.
