Responsibilities
- Perform complex eDiscovery data collection, Legal Hold management, and targeted searches using Microsoft Purview and other enterprise UCC platforms.
- Lead evaluation, testing, and integration of new eDiscovery and document review platforms with existing enterprise environments.
- Design and build PowerShell-centered automation for data extraction, workflow efficiency, and removal of forensic and eDiscovery operational bottlenecks.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, establish standard operating procedures, and develop training materials and best practices.
- Conduct legally and procedurally defensible digital forensic collection and investigations across endpoints, network infrastructure, and cloud environments for Legal, HR, and Incident Response investigations.
- Track and manage data accurately while designing and implementing automation for manual processes.
- Document and communicate forensic findings and complex technical or architectural information in actionable language for legal, executive, and nontechnical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in information security or a technical field, including at least 3 years specializing in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or related technology engineering.
- Hands-on experience operating and administering Microsoft Purview eDiscovery and leading structured and unstructured data collection.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and experience automating script-based data collection and system integrations; Python or Bash experience is preferred.
- Experience evaluating software solutions, conducting Proofs of Concept, and integrating external platforms through APIs or custom connectors.
- Understanding of digital forensics methodologies across Windows, Linux, and macOS host systems and AWS, Azure, and M365 cloud architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information security, or equivalent practical experience.
- CEDS, GCFE, GCFA, CISSP, or Microsoft certifications such as SC-400 are preferred.
- Korean and English communication skills are preferred.
