Responsibilities
- Own and deliver projects in service of quarterly goals of the team.
- Navigate ambiguity and remain resilient through ups and downs.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to set realistic ambitious goals.
- Support the growth of teammates by considering their skills and backgrounds.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Write flexible, reusable, and efficient code that adapts to changing requirements.
- Identify and surface issues with technical dependencies owned by other teams.
Requirements
- A few years of experience in software development teams.
- Ability to lead technical analysis and design while evaluating tradeoffs.
- Experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with distributed and event-based architecture.
- Enjoyment of collaboration and mentoring within a diverse team.
