Responsibilities
- Own and deliver projects aligned with the team’s quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals and break them into executable projects.
- Write flexible, reusable, efficient, and adaptable code.
- Identify and surface technical dependency issues involving other teams.
- Support teammate growth through mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate across a diverse team and help keep projects on track.
Requirements
- A few years of experience working on software development teams.
- Ability to contribute to technical analysis and design, evaluate tradeoffs, establish best practices, and solve complex problems.
- Experience with distributed and event-based architectures and fast-paced software development environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot roadblocks, document work, coordinate across teams, and mentor junior team members.
- Bonus experience with Node.js, Python, React, Postgres, Docker, GCP, GenAI, biotech, genomics, or precision medicine.
