Responsibilities
- Create enterprise-wide application architectures for new deals and major change requests.
- Design scalable, reliable, and manageable application solutions, including service-oriented and microservices architectures.
- Provide solution designs and design assurance for client RFPs and technical leadership throughout delivery.
- Define current-state and target-state solutions, architectural recommendations, reusable patterns, and investment roadmaps.
- Develop customized applications, reusable services, patterns, models, tools, and organizational approaches for customers.
- Conduct design and code reviews while considering security measures, risks, costs, dependencies, and business value.
- Integrate new and existing systems and evaluate solutions across the broader technology ecosystem.
- Support cloud migration and modernization through deployment architectures, interface catalogs, target integration architectures, proof-of-concepts, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, data managers, systems teams, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Identify account-mining opportunities and create new application-based revenue streams such as client-leveraged APIs.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Network Operations - Utilities.
- Experience designing application architectures, enterprise solutions, integration approaches, and reusable application patterns.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, architecture recommendations, RFP solutions, and client-facing architectural guidance.
- Knowledge of cloud transformation, including migration and modernization activities.
- Ability to analyze technology environments, client requirements, dependencies, risks, costs, and implementation tradeoffs.
- Ability to work with software developers, systems analysts, data managers, testing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of automation and modern application technologies such as IoT, blockchain, machine learning, and bots.
