Responsibilities
- Work on real trading problems alongside senior traders.
- Engage in a variety of projects from different trading desks.
- Collaborate with quants and software engineers to enhance trading strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and a global training week.
Requirements
- Rising juniors or students ready for full-time employment between December 2027 - June 2028.
- Excellent academic background with all majors welcome.
- Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
- Some programming experience required, preferably in Python, SQL, Java, or C++.
- Highly motivated and tenacious individual with initiative and teamwork skills.
