Responsibilities
- Design and build secure AI and GenAI infrastructure, cloud templates, platforms, deployment workflows, patterns, and reusable blueprints.
- Architect and implement AI platforms aligned with security, privacy, compliance, and regulated-environment requirements.
- Deliver hands-on AI architecture, MLOps, and GenAIOps services to enterprise and government customers.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and existing systems.
- Implement secure model lifecycle management, monitoring, and controls.
- Lead technical solution design during presales and client discovery phases.
- Mentor consultants and engineers and provide technical leadership across delivery.
- Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and expansion of the Secure AI service catalogue.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Deep understanding of secure AI architectures and deployment patterns.
- Experience delivering production-grade systems in regulated environments.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to translate requirements into solutions.
- Ability to work across advisory and hands-on build responsibilities.
- Practical, team-oriented approach to solving problems and delivering outcomes.
