Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and future-state supply chain processes.
- Collect, transform, and analyze sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operational data.
- Translate business logic into technical platform designs, data requirements, datasets, and o9 platform configurations.
- Apply forecasting, statistical, optimization, simulation, and mathematical techniques to generate operational plans and business insights.
- Lead supply chain planning implementations through requirements gathering, solution design, development, UAT/SIT, go-live or cutover, and value realization.
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in customer environments.
- Create and execute workflow, data analytics, and automated testing protocols; document issues and track resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional, IT, business, executive, and distributed stakeholders to deliver projects.
- Develop and deliver training for global super users and end users.
- Mentor junior analysts on the technical and business aspects of projects.
Requirements
- Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics organizations.
- Experience with planning systems and exposure to ERP tools.
- Experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation.
- Experience using agile methodology for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Master's degree with four years of experience or bachelor's degree with six years of experience in operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business analytics, computer science, supply chain engineering, or a related field with an operations or analytics concentration.
- Supply planning experience and experience implementing one or more supply planning products.
- Required proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Required knowledge of databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, plus SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
- Strong analytical, data mining, mathematics, statistics, communication, presentation, demonstration, and training skills.
- Preferred ability to process large amounts of data, identify key insights, prioritize high-value opportunities or risks, and explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to work with teams distributed across locations and time zones and with stakeholders at executive and junior levels.
