Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply AI to automate processes, integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows, and address complex business challenges.
- Align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to align AI solutions with business objectives and deliver scalable, responsible implementations.
