Senior / Staff+
Responsibilities
- Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts from AI research and experiments.
- Create frontend interfaces for production AI solutions and dashboards.
- Develop integration layers between AI systems and existing infrastructure.
- Establish small-scale testing environments for user validation.
- Capture usage data and feedback to support user validation experiments.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to create intuitive interfaces.
- Support data collection and visualization for internal stakeholders.
- Evolve prototypes into production-grade internal applications.
- Build real-time monitoring interfaces for AI solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer building web applications.
- Strong frontend skills in React for quick interface development.
- Proficient in NodeJS for backend development.
- Working knowledge of Python and .NET for integration.
- Experience with third-party service and API integrations.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and deliver quickly.
- Willingness to build fast and discard non-viable prototypes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for effective collaboration.
- Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Deep experience with Python or .NET beyond basic integration.
- Experience building production-grade internal tools.
- Experience with real-time data visualization or monitoring dashboards.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools or frameworks.
- Background in user research or usability testing.
- Experience building self-serve analytics or configuration tools.
