Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions and translate client business goals, challenges, and requirements into effective solutions.
Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise software solutions.
Provide expert guidance on software architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment strategies.
Manage technical delivery across planning, documentation, execution, and client handover.
Facilitate technical workshops, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for client teams.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive customer-focused resolutions.
Support pre-sales through solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical proposals.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices.
Recommend business process improvements that maximize clients' technology investments.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting, systems implementation, or software development.
Ability to lead client-facing technical engagements and translate business needs into effective solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience implementing complex software solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of relational databases, with SQL Server or similar preferred.
