Responsibilities

  • Design, code, debug, test, and maintain software applications and existing codebases.
  • Deliver medium-to-high complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team.
  • Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and resolve software issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, customers, and end users to define and deliver features.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide peer feedback, mentor junior developers, and document code and technical changes.
  • Gather requirements, translate customer needs into technical specifications, and demonstrate completed work.
  • Participate in project planning, estimate timeframes and resources, and manage tasks and deadlines.
  • Research technologies and tools, improve development processes, and support software security and compliance.
  • Use approved AI tools responsibly, protect sensitive information, validate outputs, and apply professional judgment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative, or Engineering fields, or relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant or practical experience.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages or software tools, including JavaScript, Node.js, or React.
  • Proficiency in at least one front-end or back-end framework.
  • Experience or skills in data engineering, version control, DevOps, CI/CD, technical writing, diagramming, and technical, business, or data analysis.
  • Interest or hands-on experience in AI-powered applications, agentic systems, full-stack solutions, LLMs, APIs, and modern cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, initiative, problem-solving, adaptability, leadership, time management, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation and complete required background checks when applicable.
