Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Automate Azure infrastructure provisioning and maintenance using Terraform.
- Monitor performance, availability, and security, and troubleshoot cloud-environment issues.
- Ensure cloud environments follow security, compliance, cost-optimization, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps, application, and security teams to support cloud-native solutions.
- Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Design, provision, and test business continuity and disaster recovery solutions for multi-tier cloud environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud engineering roles.
- At least 2 years of experience using Terraform to automate Azure provisioning and maintenance.
- Experience with scripting or programming using Python, PowerShell, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with Azure Container Apps, Git, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Cloud certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate are valued.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or CloudWatch is valued.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks is valued.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments and designing, provisioning, and testing BCDR solutions is valued.
