Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with developers to identify product defects and improve serviceability.
- Analyze customer data to mitigate risks and improve product reliability.
- Partner with technology allies to resolve issues collaboratively.
- Expand internal and external knowledge bases and develop supporting tools.
- Mentor junior team members and gather customer feedback for product enhancements.
- Provide rotational weekday and off-hours support coverage.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in virtualization, preferably VMware ESXi, networking, Linux systems, cloud, DevOps, or enterprise storage.
- Experience directly resolving complex technical issues with customers.
- Familiarity with technologies from VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to develop tools and improve internal and external knowledge bases.
- A degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Customer-driven mindset focused on high-quality support experiences.
