Responsibilities

Design desktop applications for customers, manufacturers, and the Embedded group.
Design microprocessor software for customers and manufacturers.
Debug application issues with application engineers and customers.
Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, application, quality, supplier, and manufacturing teams to optimize products and support production.
Design verification and agency tools to improve productivity.
Create and support project documentation, including test procedures, manuals, and drawings.
Support technical questions from the application group and assist with customer support.
Contribute to product, process, cost-reduction, and design improvements.
Travel domestically and globally to support manufacturing locations when necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
0 to 3 years of experience in desktop or library development or embedded systems development.
Experience with C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, SQL, and Java.
Familiarity with Visual Studio and other IDEs for code development.
Familiarity with object-oriented programming and embedded systems programming.
Familiarity with electronic equipment for hardware testing and validation.
Effective interpersonal, presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
