Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build intelligent features and autonomous workflows to enhance user experiences.
- Develop next-generation interfaces and intelligent assistants using large language models and orchestration tools.
- Create robust orchestration and automation workflows integrating multi-agent capabilities.
- Maintain pipelines for training, benchmarking, validating, and deploying AI models.
- Optimize intelligent tools and automation systems for improved efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure software quality through clean, maintainable, and optimized code.
- Provide technical leadership on AI integration best practices and lifecycle management.
- Drive AI solution adoption through collaboration and training across teams.
- Utilize big data analytics with Agentic AI systems to generate actionable insights.
- Present insights and outcomes to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, automation, or advanced technology roles.
- Experience developing agentic AI systems and autonomous decision-making workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries.
- Hands-on experience with MCP and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of AI solutions for deployment and monitoring in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
