Responsibilities
- Serve as a deep technical expert across the AI Governance platform and troubleshoot major system components.
- Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and platform evolution for distributed, enterprise-scale software.
- Translate product vision into technical roadmaps with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, highly available services for AI governance, observability, controls, and agent runtime management.
- Lead technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and drive alignment and execution.
- Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, design guidance, and engineering best practices.
- Drive ambiguous initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Champion performance, reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Promote emerging technologies and practices that improve platform capabilities and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Operations to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience designing and operating highly scalable, secure, and resilient web services.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with modern AI platforms, agent frameworks, and LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with AI deployment ecosystems such as Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, Google Vertex AI, Agent Core, or similar platforms.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with AI Governance, Trust & Safety, Security, Compliance, or Observability platforms is preferred.
- Experience operating large-scale SaaS platforms in cloud environments is preferred.
- Experience with agentic AI systems, runtime governance, policy enforcement, evaluation frameworks, or AI observability solutions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance architectures is preferred.
