Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy high-quality software that meets product and operational needs.
- Build reusable backend components and documented interfaces for the r2cOnline and 1link product ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain services using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, REST, SOAP, and Web API.
- Contribute frontend functionality using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Apply automated testing and test-driven or behavior-driven development practices where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and agile teams to assess options, explain trade-offs, estimate work, and deliver against priorities.
- Review code and provide pairing, coaching, and day-to-day technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting secure, repeatable builds, deployments, monitoring, and operations.
- Contribute to cloud platform engineering or agentic AI solutions when they provide measurable value.
- Share knowledge, learn new tools, and improve engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Demonstrable software development experience in a SaaS-oriented environment.
- Strong backend experience building applications with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, including REST and SOAP services delivered through Web API.
- Some frontend development experience with React, JavaScript ES6, HTML, and CSS.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and approaches for storing and presenting complex data.
- Experience with agile delivery teams, source control, code review, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and reliable, repeatable software delivery.
- Practical experience in one or more of cloud platform engineering, CI/CD engineering, or agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure and exposure to AWS native services is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate technical issues and options clearly to colleagues with different levels of technical knowledge.
- A constructive approach to problem solving, ownership, and continuous improvement.
