$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal AI platforms and tools for generative and agentic AI.
- Develop reusable components for prompt orchestration, model evaluation, and workflow automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into StubHub's products and processes.
- Define patterns and frameworks for safe and effective AI usage.
- Lead by example in applying AI to business challenges.
- Engage with business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Create documentation and workshops to empower teams in AI practices.
- Establish principles for prompt engineering and data quality.
- Build and optimize AI agents to enhance workflows and automate tasks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or AI development.
- Proven impact through AI, automation, or data-driven solutions.
- Experience collaborating across teams to deploy effective systems.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly with new AI tools and frameworks.
- Strong balance of hands-on building and strategic thinking.
- Experience integrating or deploying AI systems like chatbots or workflow agents.
- Familiarity with modern software environments including cloud platforms and APIs.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical work into business value.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is preferred.
