Responsibilities

Develop and implement test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports for multiple software projects.
Translate product requirements into test cases and assist with testing complex B2B software projects.
Document defects and communicate quantitative and qualitative test findings to development teams.
Track quality assurance metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts, and monitor issue resolution.
Validate that product releases satisfy defined requirements and meet end-user expectations.
Help improve quality-control, product-release-management, and bug-fix processes.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX/UI designers, support analysts, and technical writers.
Stay current with testing tools and test strategies.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related science or technology discipline is highly preferred.
0–2 years of hands-on experience in manual and automated software testing.
Experience with Jira and TestRail applications.
Proficiency in creating test plans and defect-tracking processes.
Proficiency in black-box and white-box testing.
Experience with regression, ticket, and performance testing is preferred.
Experience testing payment or accounting systems, including ERP systems, is preferred.
Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to self-manage, coordinate, prioritize, and follow through.
